On this episode, we welcome Major General John Gronski. Major General John Gronski, United States Army, retired, is founder and CEO of Leader Grove, LLC, a leadership consulting firm. He is a leadership trainer, international speaker, and executive coach. He is an author of two books, “The Ride of Our Lives, Lessons on Life, Leadership, and Love” and “Iron-Sharpened Leadership, Transforming Hard-Fought Lessons into Action”. John served for over forty years in the U.S. Army and Pennsylvania National Guard at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
John is a graduate of numerous distinguished Army schools, holds an MBA from Penn State Great Valley and a masters in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College. His many prominent awards include recognition for his work with government armed forces. John’s leadership philosophy is based on character, competence, and resilience.
